Once we have gather all necessary information we will discuss service solutions that will fit within your budget. Once all the requirements have been identified and pricing has been agreed upon a statements of work and contract will be signed, thus initiating the service agreement. Once service has begun The Homestar Group will monitor and schedule regular maintenance check-up to proactively prevent the deterioration of your property over time. Additionally should immediate repair become necessary a Homestar Group vendor will quickly be dispatched to ensure tenants are happy and you property is protected.
